Breakfast to go

Forget grabbing a brekkie pot from Pret – this (plastic free) jar of yum-ness took me less than 5mins to make before bed! Grab a jar and add; 

Organic Oats (around half full)
Chia seeds (1 tbsp)
1/4 Grated courgette 
1 scoop of Protein powder (I use Nuzest but you knew that already πŸ˜‚)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon 
Almond milk / Water – fill 3/4 of the jar


Leave it overnight in the fridge to soak up the milk then in the morning top with whatever you want! I often use berries, apple, seeds or nut butter but this one ☝️ has Coyo yoghurt, apricots and walnuts – freaking delish πŸ˜‹
