Wellbeing Promo Codes

I’m delighted to be Brand Ambassador for these high quality health and wellbeing brands. I only EVER promote brands I believe in and have tried, tested and use myself – here’s a few I’ve worked with and the Promo codes YOU can use to get a cheeky discount…

White Cloud Coffee

I’m a coffee lover of the highest grade – and so, having an ethically sourced, high quality coffee is important to me and my morning routine. I started working with White Cloud after chatting with Co-Owner & Mountain Bike enthusiast Phil about the health properties of coffee and how it can improve athletic performance. After tasting their coffee I was a goner – I haven’t found a better coffee since. Grown at high altitudes, it intensifies the antioxidant concentration. Nibble Protein Bites

Finding a snack that isn’t filled with sugar or made out of dates (aka sugar) is TOUGH! Enter Nibble Protein Bites. All of their natural bites are dairy, soy, and gluten free, plus they’ve avoided the most commonly used proteins: whey (dairy-based) and soy. Instead they’ve gone for the star – pea protein. Nibble also contains other healthy ingredients like gluten-free oats, toasted sunflower and pumpkin seeds, which help to create a “complete protein” as well as a fibre hit.

Best of all across the range, on average the bites contain under 6.5 grams of sugar per whole bag or less than 1g per Nibble! That’s compared to the 12-21 grams of sugar per serving you’ll find in a lot high protein snacks or date balls. BIG DIFFERENCE!

And importantly they use the best kind of sugars– natural, low Glycemic Index (GI) options like dried plum purée and coconut blossom nectar. AND they taste AMAZING (my fave is the sour cherry ones)

The Float Spa

Not only do I work at The Float Spa but I’m a huge advocate of the treatments, therapies and yoga they offer. Their tagline ‘Life Life Well’ fits with my message of wellness and living life to the fullest like a glove.

Floatation is an incredibly restorative therapy in this busy modern world. You float effortlessly in a special pod of Epsom Salt (magnesium) water. Without the constant noise of analysing the world around you, your body lowers its levels of cortisol (which is the main chemical component of stress). Your brain releases elevated levels of endorphins. It’s bliss.

As much as I adore floating, the thing I use the most in the spa BY FAR is the Infrared Sauna. It’s BRILLIANT. Unlike traditional saunas which heat the air around you, infrared saunas use infrared light waves to penetrate the body and gently heat it from the inside.  This heat relaxes the muscles, soothes away pain and stimulates blood flow by increasing your heart-rate. As well as detoxification, it comes with tons of other health benefits all explained in my post here.

My Approach

Nuzest are my go-to Protein Powder brand and hold one of my most favourite supplements; Good Green Stuff. Their products are such great quality – free from any crap, easy to digest, low in allergens and extremely low in carbohydrates. They use Pea Protein, keep it free from gluten, dairy, soy and GMOs and it tastes great! (Not super sweet like all the other brands out there)

Good Green Stuff is a great all rounder maintenance supplement – which tastes so much better than any other green powder I’ve tried. It holds over 75 nutrient-rich ingredients, providing comprehensive nutritional support in one daily serve.

Better You

I was introduced to BetterYou whilst studying in Nutrition. I love their products which use sprays instead of tablets. Bypassing primary processing by the digestive system for effective absorption, their intra-oral spray range is a great way to supplement important vitamins and minerals.

One of my favourite things about BetterYou though is their Vitamin D testing kits & supplements. I’m a huge advocate of Vitamin D and believe checking your levels should be a yearly practise for most people. BetterYou do this for you with an easy, low cost finger prick test kit.

I’m also a huge fan of Magnesium (see my post here) and BetterYou have a great range of oils, creams and salts to help you get your needs met
